Let’s have increased participation in the South Texas District Scrapbook Contest for 2012-2013..  Remember, the Club Scrapbook is a great way to record the history and activities of your club.  Make it a project in which all can participate.  Club members will discover just how much your club actually accomplishes each year. New members will be impressed and excited to be a part of an organization that helps the community and youth as demonstrated in your Club Scrapbook.
