Bill Denham was my guest, he lives in Alamo Heights, next door to the Alamoഀ
Heights Pool, where we hope to host a large party next year around this time.ഀ
Bill retired from the Express News circulation dept and now has a commercialഀ
cleaning service.
Dinner was the a chickenഀ
quarter that must have been bought when the circus was in town, because it wasഀ
of the special dwarf variety. Good taste , but little of it. Mashers and greenഀ
beans rounded out the menu. Another trip to Whataburger for Melvin afterഀ
the meeting, as I know he skipped the cake provided by Len Thornton inഀ
celebration of his birthday and was probably still hungry, I know I was.
